Australian Clients – Before You Apply

As an ASIC regulated entity, we are required to ensure you understand the products we offer and the risks involved. To open a trading account with TradeDirect365 you must complete a short quiz to ensure that you:

  • Have experience trading (live or demo) or have completed a trading course.
  • Understand that CFDs are a leveraged product and how Leverage and Margins affect your trading.
  • Understand that trading has inherent risk and that a leveraged product involves more risk.
  • Understand that CFDs are a contract with a price tied to an underlying asset or index, and thus when buying or selling a CFD you are not buying or selling shares in the underlying asset.
  • Understand trading terms such as: Buy, Sell, and Volatility.
  • Understand the difference between a Market Order, Stop Loss Order, and Limit Order.
  • Have read our Client Agreement, Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), Financial Services Guide (FSG), Risk Disclosure Notice, and our Privacy Policy.

Please note, CFD trading carries a high level of risk to your capital, so you should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Trust/SMSF Account Application

If you would like to apply for a Trust or Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) account with TradeDirect365, please read a copy of the documents below and then download and complete the application form below.  

Once completed, please scan and email your completed application form and the supporting documents to support@TradeDirect365.com.au

Corporate Account Application

If you would like to apply for a Corporate account with TradeDirect365, please read a copy of the documents below and then download and complete the application form below.
